AI Try On (“AI Try On,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the AI Try On mobile app for iOS and Android and this website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at admin@exislabs.com.
Information we collect
Photos you provide
To create a try-on, you add a photo of yourself and a photo of a garment. You can take these with your camera, choose them from your photo library, paste them from your clipboard, or add a garment from a link. We only access your camera, photo library, or clipboard when you choose to use them, and you can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Try-on results
The images we generate for you, along with related details such as the garment category and the quality option you selected (Standard or Premium), so that we can show them in your history.
Links you add
If you add a garment from a link, we receive that URL and retrieve the image it points to.
Purchases
If you buy anything in the app, the payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation of the purchase and its status, but we never receive your full payment card details.
Device and usage information
Like most apps, we collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. This helps us keep the Service reliable and fix problems.
Messages to us
If you contact support, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
How we use your information
- To generate your try-ons and show them in your private history.
- To process purchases and restore them on your devices.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To understand performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the quality and reliability of the Service.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising.
Your face and your photos
Your photos are used to place the garment you choose onto your photo while keeping your face, pose, lighting, and background. We do not use your photos to identify you, we do not create facial recognition templates or other biometric identifiers from them, and we do not use your photos or results to train AI models without your permission.
How long we keep information
We keep your photos and try-on results only for as long as needed to provide the Service, including your history. When you delete a look, it is removed from your history and deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep information to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. Technical logs and diagnostics are kept for a limited time and then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, and we limit access to people who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Device permissions. You control access to your camera, photo library, and clipboard in your device settings.
- Your history. You can delete individual looks from your history in the app.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing admin@exislabs.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We respond to requests within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Please do not upload photos of children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by other appropriate means before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
