AI Try OnUsing AI Try On
AI Try On lets you add a photo of yourself and a photo of a garment to create an AI-generated preview of how the outfit could look on you (the “Service”). You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for your device, your internet connection, and any data charges that apply.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results you create (“Your Content”). You give AI Try On a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content only to operate and provide the Service to you, such as generating try-ons and showing your history. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you upload a photo, you confirm that:
- any person shown is you, or someone who has given you permission;
- the photo does not show a minor; and
- you have the right to use any garment images you add, including images from links.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- upload images of another person without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
- create nude, sexual, or sexually suggestive images, or any content involving minors;
- create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or deceptive, including misleading images of real people;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, or bypass any usage limits or security measures; or
- use the Service or its output to build a competing product or to train machine learning models.
We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
AI-generated results
Try-on results are generated by artificial intelligence and are meant as a visual preview. They may not exactly represent a garment’s fit, size, color, texture, or drape, and they may occasionally contain errors. Don’t rely on a result as a guarantee of how a product will look or fit, and check the retailer’s size guide and return policy before you buy.
AI Try On is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or retailer whose products you try on, unless we explicitly say so.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features or quality options may require a purchase or subscription. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and payment policies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
If you buy a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable, and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the AI Try On name, belongs to AI Try On and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Inspiration looks and outfit images provided in the app are for use within the Service only.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Third-party links and services
The Service may let you add garments from links or open third-party websites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Try On disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Try On will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Try On from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content or from your violation of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and AI Try On, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or by other appropriate means before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Try On is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AI Try On about the Service, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
